Hello, I'm Dave Tabrett, an artist photographer with a unique journey. My career began in archaeology and dendrochronology across the UK, from Ilchester to the Isle of Wight. Starting as a humble digger, I ascended to the role of site photographer, a position I held throughout my archaeological career.
I pursued higher education, earning a first-class honours degree in FDA BA (Hons) in art and business studies. During this period, my focus was on land art, a niche where only a handful were involved.
Transitioning from land art, I now express my creativity through photography, evolving into an art photographer. Influenced by the likes of Hieronymus Bosch, Nick Carter, and Zdzisław Beksiński, my work reflects a blend of imagination and photographic skill.
