1... I only produce two sizes of print: A2 and A1. I have already chosen the size and related image. For example, if you request a certain print in A2, and it is already printed in A1, then A1 is the only size available as it is already printed.
2... Every print is unique – there is only one of that print. Each print is signed at the bottom right-hand corner, and the date of purchase is on the bottom left-hand corner. On the rear left hand corner of the print is an embossed stamp and a red seal of authenticity. Every print comes with a certificate of authenticity bearing your name, plus the date of purchase and your signature. If and when you sell the print, the certificate follows the picture, and the new purchaser can add their name, signature and date on the document. This gives provenance to the work.
3... I retain the original image just in case it is wanted for a publication. For example, if an image is wanted for an album cover or for inclusion in a magazine, this will increase the value of your image. It will not increase my revenue.
4... The image is printed on high-grade handmade paper. The ink used is guaranteed for a hundred years if not displayed in direct sunlight. Photographs are taken using a large format camera, which increases the image quality and definition.
It will be presented to you unmounted. This is because I do not know what frame you would prefer. They usually look best in a black or white frame, using an antique white matte board.
5... The price of the images are as follows, A2 = £500 and A1 = £1000. The price includes postage and packing within the United Kingdom.
Any image sold outside of the United Kingdom would require a price increase for overseas shipping and insurance. Price on application, stating the country where it is to be shipped.
6... I do not advise people to buy something just from the website images, but to view the image in person. They can be viewed by appointment. If an item is viewed in person and then purchased, the print can be taken straight away, subject to transference of payment.
7... When you have purchased an image or images from me, you will be the owner of an image that is only one in existence. No one else will have it, and if it appears in any publication or LP cover you will be credited accordingly as the owner if you so wish. If you would like a free copy of my latest publicity sheet, email me at [email protected] with your postal address, and I will send one to you.
